Athletics training

The disciplines taught in the studio can be included in any training routine, assuming a preventive-compensatory role in the particular sport practised.

They improve performance and perfect technical gestures through the acquisition of a better body framework, an increase in ROM (Range of Motion) and competence in balance, motor control and concentration.

The disciplines focus on deep muscles, stabilising the core and all joints, useful in the economy of movement and in the prevention of injuries.
