FUNCTION CREATES FORM. TELL ME YOUR BODY, AND I’LL TELL YOU WHO YOU ARE

In the human body, shape is not random. It is the visible expression of the functions we repeat every day. In biology and biomechanics, a key principle holds true: structure adapts to load.

According to Wolff’s Law, bone remodels in response to mechanical stress lines. And what is true for bone, in different ways, is also true for other tissues.

Mechanical stimulation becomes a biological signal, capable of creating structural changes.

The body is not a sum of isolated segments, but an integrated system. Compression and tension are distributed throughout the entire fascial network. This is why any local restriction produces global adaptations.

Form represents the dynamic balance of these forces.
